Announcements:
June 9 Sew Day 10 am- 4 pm
Bring your machines, surge protectors, extension cords and accessories and have a fun day with your guild members and/or others. Nela volunteered to provide a demonstration on sewing in zippers so bring some zippers with you if you want to participate and learn/refine these skills.
Anne, Hillie and Ken will bring an ironing board and iron, large cutting mat and risers for the cutting table respectively. Thank you!!!
Possible Date: June 23rd!!! Corvallis Meet-up 12pm-2pm (Please respond to email whether you can make this new date)
The Eugene MQG and the Corvallis MQG will join together for a social event again this year. We will meet at Sweet Earth Vineyards in Monroe. There is a covered pavilion with an accessible bathroom, a wine tasting room with air conditioning (in years past this has been mighty nice, both the wine and the AC). We have decided to have a swap of either a table runner or place mats, which is optional to participate in. Also, we will have a light potluck; plan to bring something to share and please bring your own plate and silverware. There are chairs and benches available on site but you may want to bring a lawn chair as well to ensure a place to sit.
