Information for the Coburg Quilt Show 2014
Quilt Show: July 26 from 9:00am-4:00pm

July 14 is the deadline to submit information for the Program Guide Book. Quilts are dropped off at the Coburg Elementary School on N. Coburg Road (next to the fire station) on Sunday, July 20 from noon-3:00pm, or Monday, July 21 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. You’re allowed to list your quilt for sale during the show (there is a commission fee of 25% of your selling price).
The entry fee is $5 for the first quilt, and $2 for each additional quilt. Entry forms are available on the Coburg Quilt Show website.
Quilts are picked up Sunday, July 27 at the Coburg Elementary School from 9:00am-1:00pm
Vendor Information
Set-up starts at 7:00am. We must be set-up and ready by 8:45am.
Vendors must be present all day. Takedown does not start until 4:00pm.
The $45 vendor fee was waived because we’re a non-profit. However, we must donate an item worth $15 for the Silent Auction.
Raffle Quilt
We’re raffling an Urban Chicken Block quilt as a fundraiser. The tickets will be $1 each or six for $5.
Volunteers
Volunteers are needed to help set-up and take-down our booth, as well as manning the booth between 9:00am-4:00pm.

Donations
Donation items are needed to sell at our booth. This is a good opportunity to clean up your sewing space. We could use any quilting or sewing related items: fabric, books, magazines, patterns, quilts, quilt tops, charm packs. Even quart-size Ziploc bags of scraps. This is a great opportunity to purge your sewing room of unloved fabrics, or unfinished projects, to make room for new fabric that you can’t live without. PLEASE BRING YOUR DONATION ITEMS TO OUR JULY 9 MEETING. If you can’t make the meeting, please contact me to make arrangements to drop off your donation items.
