Doesn't it sound like fun?! I signed up today!I am sending an additional email out to everyone who expressed interest in the meetup at the June meeting. At this time there is no lodging arranged other than what the Portland guild has set aside at the Red Lion hotel. I did notice on the online registration that there is a space to note if you are interested in a guest room at some one's house or camping. Depending on the amount of people interested and their commitment level, we could look in to renting a place through VRBO or another rental site. Things will fall in to place as we figure out who is coming. Hope you can make it!

PS
A bit of business:
We are in search of a person or group of people to be the sew day hosts until Jan. 2014. It is a fun job. Your responsibilities are: talking with someone at Our Sewing Room to get the 4th Saturday on the calendar, and then showing up on the designates Saturday to sew, be friendly, and collect the monies of the people sewing with the EMQG. The normal hours that we sew on Saturdays are 10-5, you do not need to stay for the whole time and could even chose a proxy if something comes up. Please consider taking over this job ASAP. Thanks!
